Fort Bliss officials have confirmed that the man arrested Friday night after he allegedly robbed a 7-11 store by knife point is a Soldier assigned to the 1st Armored Division.

The 7-11 store clerk complied with the request, and then EPPD say Beall fled on foot from the store. Police in the area were able to locate Beall, running with a knife in his hand, and asked him to stop.

Beall then dropped the knife and fled from Officers on foot. He was captured a short time later by responding Officers.

Beall is assigned to the 1st Armored Division at Fort Bliss and is listed as a Specialist (E-4). He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on charges of Aggravated Robbery and Evading Arrest or Detention. His bonds totaled $3,000.
