EPPD charges three women with prostitution, one with possession of marijuana
El Paso, TX (KTSM) — The El Paso Police Department's VICE unit have arrested three El Paso women for allegedly offering to perform sexual acts in exchange for money. A man, who was accompanying one of the women was also arrested after police allegedly discovered marijuana in his possession.
EPPD's VICE unit was conducting an investigation along the 6700 block of Montana near Airway on Thursday, February 13th when police said that they met with Falicha Ceasar, 28, Patricia Connally, 53 and Michelle Otrega, 23 at various times between 5:12 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. Police allege that all three women agreed to engage in sex or sexual acts in exchange for money.
Ceasar, Connally and Ortega were booked into the El Paso County Jail and charged with Prostitution. Their bonds were set at $300 each.
A man, 30-year-old Vernon Dimauyga, who was accompanying Ortega was also arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. His bond was set at $300.
