The El Paso Police charged five people with driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level greater than .15% in under four hours overnight.  The five separate incidents happened between 11:03 p.m. Monday evening and 2:45 a.m. Tuesday morning. 

TIMELINE:

  1. 11:03 p.m. - 2400 block of N. Mesa. Driver stopped for expired registration, was later found to be intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15%.
     
  2. 1:38 a.m. - 9400 block of Dyer. Driver stopped for not using his headlights, was later found to be intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15%.
     
  3. 2:22 a.m. - I-10 at Mile Marker 28. Driver was stopped for allegedly driving 93mph in a 60mph zone, was later found to be intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15%.
     
  4. 2:36 a.m. - 6300 block of Montana. Driver pulled over for failing to maintain a single lane, was later found to be intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15%.
     
  5. 2:45 a.m. - 9600 block of Dyer. Driver was stopped for allegedly running a red light, was later found to be intoxicated with a BAC equal to or greater than .15%.
