EPCSO: Most wanted man arrested on New Year's Day

A wanted man is behind bars after Deputies from the El Paso County Sheriff's office located him on New Year's day in Horizon.

EPCSO Deputies were called to the scene of a domestic disturbance in Horizon and found Jesus Aguilera, who was featured in November's Most Wanted subjects from the El Paso County Sheriff's Office.

Aguilera ran from police at the scene of the domestic disturbance call, but was located by deputies two hours later near Eastlake Blvd. and Darrington Rd. in Horizon.

Aguilera is charged with unlawful restraint, assault on a family member with previous conviction, driving while intoxicated with a blood alcohol level above .15 and assault on a family member (2nd within one year). He was booked into the El Paso County Detention Facility on bonds totaling $205,000.
