El Paso Police were looking for two men who allegedly robbed a central El Paso convenience store and beat and kicked the store clerk.

Police say the two men walked into the 7-11 on Montana and Copia back in June. One of them headed toward the restroom, while the other walked over to the beer cooler.

"The man who was headed to the restroom suddenly turned into the register and proceeded to beat the clerk who was working the register,” said Javier Sambrano of the El Paso Police Dept. “He continuously struck him in the face, the clerk went down, and he continued the violent attack, kicking the clerk while he was on the ground."
While that was happening, the other suspect allegedly stole beer.
Both of them got away in a silver SUV with the help of a female get-a-way driver.

If you have any information, call Crime Stoppers at 566-TIPS.
