Incidents of sexual nature
EL PASO - The El Paso Police Department is investigating two incidents of a sexual nature that are very similar, including the description of the offender, making this the Crime Stoppers “Crime of the Week.”
On Monday, February 28th, 2011, about 4:00 P.M., the suspect drove up next to a young girl walking home from school at the intersection of Bob Hope and Vista del Sol on the eastside. The suspect asked if she wanted sex “right now” and exposed himself to the victim. The victim walked away immediately and reported the incident.
About 30 minutes later, the same suspect pulled up next to another victim in the 12000 block of Paul Klee, only a few blocks away from the first incident. The suspect called the victim over to his car where the victim saw that he had his pants down. This victim walked away and called for assistance.
The suspect in both incidents is described as an Hispanic male, 18 or 19 years old, with a mole on his right cheek and dark brown hair combed to the side. He was wearing a red long sleeve shirt and blue jeans. He was driving a small black car, possibly a Honda Civic, with a loud muffler, a small wing on the trunk lid, and an unknown item hanging from the rear view mirror.
