Credit in El Paso

EL PASO- The Obama Administration's overhaul of the credit industry took it's final steps last week. A local debt counselor says they will have a major impact on El Pasoans.
We spoke to Maureen Hankins of the YWCA, who told us since the recession started, debt is on the rise in El Paso.
New restrictions from the Federal Reserve are aimed to lower penalty fees on credit card users. But Hankins says less penalty fees might mean more of something else.
