El Paso - County Commissioners will decide today on a replacement for Justice of the Peace Sissy Hernandez.

She pleaded guilty this month to criminal nepotism.

As part of her sentencing, the judge booted her off the bench.

County Commissioners today will decide if Brian Haggerty should get Hernandez' seat.

The two were the top vote-getters in the March 2nd primary election.
