County Clerk To Plead Guilty To DWI Charge

The chief deputy county clerk for Dona Ana County is expected to plead guilty to DWI charges. Mario Jimenez says he was pulled over last week and failed a breathalizer test. Jimenez says he offered his resignation but the county clerk has allowed him to keep his job. He says he plans to plead guilty tomorrow morning in court.
