County Animal Control Issues

A recent move by El Paso County to get into the animal control business has left some areas with no animal control at all.
This week the Sheriff's Department announced it was taking over animal control services for the county's outlying areas.
While the move is creating a new set of problems.
Homeowners say anything will help.
I own a nuisance wildlife business here in El Paso, but because of the strict laws they put on us I can't get a license. The state requires me to get a pesticide applicators license in order to perform my job even though I don't use any pesticides, for example.
I could solve this city's problem if that weren't the case, however.
