Cops Will Be Testing Blood

The El Paso Police Department will be out this weekend to make sure everyone is safe.

They will be drawing blood on anyone they believe is driving drunk and refuses to give a breath test.

Officers are able to do this by obtaining a warrant to do so from a judge who will be standing by, then a nurse wil draw the suspects' blood.

This operation has been in effect since December of 2007.
