Convicted sex offender headed back to prison
EL PASO, TX — A convicted sex offender from El Paso is headed back to prison after he allegedly sexually assaulted a young child.
In 1997, Raymundo Rodriguez was sentenced to five years in prison for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
He also had to register as a sex offender upon his release from prison.
Now he's in trouble with the law again.
Authorities say they found 60 pornographic images on Rodriguez' computer.
The 52 year-old is also charged with another count of Sexual Assault of a Child and one count of Indecency with a Child.
