Convicted Sex Offender Behind Bars Again
EL PASO — A convicted sex offender from El Paso is headed back to prison after he allegedly sexually assaulted a young child. In 1997, Raymundo Rodriguez was sentenced to five years in prison for aggravated sexual assault of a child. He also had to register as a sex offender upon his release from prison. Now he's in trouble with the law again. Authorities say they found 60 pornographic images on Rodriguez computer. The 52 year-old is also charged with another count of sexual assault of a child and one count of indecency with a child.
