Convenience Stores Robbed At Gun-Point

EL PASO - Two Northeast El Paso convenience stores on the same road are robbed within a matter of hours.

The first robbery happened at the 7-Eleven at 9061 Dyer at about 5:30 Sunday morning. A man wearing a blue Dallas Cowboys jacket showed the clerk a gun and demanded money.

The second robbery happened three and a half hours later, at the 7-Eleven at 8300 Dyer. Again the robber, this time wearing a military jacket, showed a gun and got away with money.

At this time, it's unknown if the robberies are connected.
