El Paso, TX (KTSM) — Bumper-to-bumper traffic has been an increasing problem in El Paso. Orange cones and heavier traffic add to the frustration of hitting I-10 during rush hour.
The Camino Real Regional Mobility Authority, or the RMA says the traffic upsets are a necessary short time pain that will lead to a better infrastructure.
