Parts of Colorado hit with heavy Spring snowfall.

Spring has gone on hiatus in parts of the country. A storm is expected to bring as much as 20-inches of snow to parts of Colorado.

17 days into April and it could be the biggest snow storm of the season for Denver where one to two feet could fall.

To the west of us, in the foothills and the mountains, two to four feet could fall, possibly more in some areas.

Numerous accidents have already been reported.

The snow is expected to continue into the night into tomorrow and then it will taper off and warm up again on Sunday.
