EL PASO - After asking the city why El Paso police officer Zake Rivera was still allowed to be on the force after the Civil Service Commission voted unanimously to disqualify him from taking the exam to be an officer, we are still looking for answers.

29-year-old Rivera was arrested last week for sexual assault. Police say he forced a woman to perform oral sex on him in the back of his patrol car. We've requested the supporting documents and the DVD for the Civil Service Commission meeting and will let you know what we find out.
