El Paso-  Call it breakfast with a side of politics.  City Representative Byrd held a public meeting this morning at Tierra del Sol Restaurant.

About 20 people were there to voice their concerns about a couple of issues facing El Paso.  City Manager Joyce Wilson was also on hand, speaking briefly and answering questions.
