El Paso (KTSM) Names were drawn Monday morning, May 20th at City hall located on Campbell Street. The selection was done to determine the order on the ballot for the Mayoral and City Council candidates. The names will appear according to how they were drawn.

Oscar Leesar drew top billing over Steve Ortega. In District 2, Larry Romero will be placed above Jim Tolbert. Incumbent Carl Robinson drew the no.1 spot over his challenger Sam Morgan and in District 7, former County Commissioner Tania Chozet won the draw over retired educator Lilly Limon.

Mayor John Cook will be vacating his position because he reached his term limit. City Council seats will also be decided in District's two, four, and seven.
