EL PASO- The City of El Paso Environmental Services Department is once again providing residents with the opportunity to recycle their cut Christmas trees.

Starting Jan. 3, El Pasoans can dispose of their cut Christmas trees by taking them to any of the department's Citizen Collection Stations. The free seasonal service will be available through Jan. 21.

The drop-off sites are open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and are located at 121 Atlantic, 2492 Harrison, 1034 Pendale, 4501 Hondo Pass and 4200 Delta.

Residents should remove the lights, ornaments and decorations from the trees before dropping them off at a Citizen Collection Station.
