VINTON- The City of El Paso Department of Public Health will be in Vinton today, providing free and low-cost health services.

Resources like dental exams, HIV and STD prevention tips, and immunizations will be available to people in and around the Vinton area.

The event will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the West Valley Fire Station.
