EL PASO - City council held a special meeting today to decide what projects are in, or out, of a quality-of-life bond election package.
Voters will decide whether to support a tax increase that would bring in $460 million; that money would be spent on parks, libraries, zoo improvements, and a sports and entertainment venue.
The city's also considering upping the hotel occupancy tax to pay for a new AAA baseball stadium.
We'll let you know how council voted.
