EL PASO - El Paso City Council will hold a meeting and we are expected to learn more details about plans to bring a new ballpark and a new city hall to El Paso.

A media briefing was held yesterday afternoon.

The city manager sat next to a representative from TVO North America, the company hired to help with relocation of city hall.

The company needs city council approval to begin negotiations.
