EL PASO — City Council approved an agreement with "No DUI El Paso," a non-profit group, to fund designated driver rides for people who have been drinking at bars within El Paso County limits.

The agreement states that costs should not exceed $4,100.

It is  part of an effort to reduce alcohol-related accidents.

Funding will be used for the next year.
