The chubby robber was in court Friday afternoon. NewsChannel 9 cameras were there as 45-year-old Ismael Serna Moreno was escorted from the federal courthouse. Moreno was read the charges against him.

He's accused of holding up several businesses including four banks. Law enforcers arrested Moreno Wednesday night on a tip that he was at his East Side home.
