Child Tests Positive for Drugs

A Doña Ana County couple is accused of child abuse after their 6-year-old daughter tested positive for cocaine and morphine. Albert Herrera, 36, has been arrested, but his wife, 36-year-old Katherine Herrera, has yet to be found. Investigators believe she is in the Las Cruces area.
