EL PASO - We may never know what caused a recycling yard fire in Montana Vista over the weekend.

Investigators say the cause of the fire is undetermined. Smoke from the fire forced neighbors from their homes and sent 2-firefighters to the hospital.

We're told burning plastic made it difficult to fight the fire.
