JUAREZ--- The man believed to be the mastermind behind this week's massacre at a Juarez rehab clinic that killed 17 people has been arrested by Mexican soldiers.
Jose Rodolfo Escajeda AKA El Rikin was eating at a restaurant in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, when he was surrounded by 40 Mexican soldiers and arrested late Friday night.
Escajeda, 32, is also one of the D.E.A's most wanted fugitives.
Federal agents say he's a top leader with the Juarez cartel and its violent group "La Linea." They believe he led many drug smuggling operations into the U.S.
