A bright light floating in the sky above the Franklin Mountains Sunday evening caused concern for dozens of people in the Borderland. NASA tells NewsChannel 9 it was what they call a constant altitude atmospheric balloon and was nothing to worry about. The scientific ballooon takes stratospheric measurements.
