EL PASO - Two men are under arrest for spraying graffiti in front of police officers.

The Officers were on the east side of the Pebble Hills station when they were told of tagging in progress last Friday.

Investigators say William Hernandez and Brian Borges were tagging a window and a pay phone at 10780 Pebble Hills adjacent to the Pebble Hills police station.

Both men were booked into jail on bonds of around $3,000.

They should get their hands cut off on the spot, hell with the foolish and wrong, treat these animals like animals, make them suffer, and those that want to imitate them be put on notice.

My solution to end this stupid tagging? Paint/repaint the faces and hands of these fools with the same dye in the exploding dye packs used to foil bank robbers. This way, any time they go in public, people will see that "This guy is an idiot"; also make them responsible 24/7 for cleanup in an area popular with rival gangs/taggers for an extended period of time. They must respond immediately to clean/and/or repaint damaged property. This would not be "cruel and unusual"; this would be justice!

The heart of the wise man goes in the right direction; but the heart of a foolish man in the wrong.

And when the foolish man is walking in the way, he has no sense and lets everyone see that he is foolish.

They should placed on a clean up crew for an entire year; start at 0700 and end at 1900.
