Borderland Christians celebrate Christmas
El Paso, TX (KTSM) — Christmas isn't just about presents and holiday food -- it's also one of the holiest days on the Christian calendar. All Christian denominations delivered the same good news today, about the birth of Jesus. It’s a time for families to come together and pray for one another.
"We make it a habit, at least my family does, to come out here and make it an honor. And this chapel we've been coming here for a long, long time because my Grandfather also built this chapel," Gregory Vera of Kern Place said.
Dozens of families attended service at sacred heart in Downtown El Paso.
