Border Patrol Agent and El Paso Native Luis Aguilar was killed in January of 2008 near the California-Mexican Border.

Authorities say Aguilar was laying down spikes when 22 year old Jesus Navarro Montes ran him over with a drug filled hummer, then fled into Mexico.

Montes was arrested shortly after, but released by a Mexican Judge in June before being extradicted to the U.S.

This week Mexican Authorities arrested him in Southern Mexico.

Aguilar's family hopes they'll now receive justice.
