Border Killings: Man Found Beheaded, Store Owner Killed

A murder on the border has all the markings of a drug cartel hit. Aman was found beheaded in a car just across the border from Fabens. He had been handcuffed and tied up with duct tape. Investigators say he was tortured to death.
In Juarez, gunmen ambushed and killed a store owner. Manuel Sanchez Monarres owned a medical lab and was just getting into his car when the shots rang out. The murder happened around 1:30 Monday afternoon.
