LAS CRUCES-- New Mexico State police have identified the body found near Las Cruce on March 14. 

Francisco Pacheco Rivas, 54, was found on the side of I-10 just outside of Las Cruces. A passerby found the body on March 14. 

Rivas was reported missing in Las Cruces and Santa Cruz, Calif.

No cause of death has been reported, and the investigation continues.
