EL PASO — After five days in court, prominent downtown businessman Billy Abraham received a not guilty verdict for intoxicated manslaughter in a deadly hit-and-run accident that killed 47-year-old homeless pedestrian Jay Grady.

But the guilty verdict pointed only at a DWI charge, with Abraham dodging an intoxicated manslaughter and accident involving death charges. He will serve 180 days in jail and will be required to pay a $2000 fine.

I Cannot believe this, he killed someone and he gets a slap on the wrist...people selling a bag of marijuana are doing more time than he is....give me a break. MONEY TALKS Karma will get you...the jurors what the _____ do you have for brains?

Everybody watch out cause Billy is likely to be out celebrating all weekend long the only way Billy knows how and that is to drink himself drunk and then drive! El Paso had a chance to try and set this guy straight but the jury let him go.
