SANTA TERESA, NM - Border agents busted two Albuquerque teens with more than 500 pounds of pot at the Santa Teresa port of entry.

The drugs were hidden in an SUV occupied by two 18-year-old women.

CBP officers arrested the driver of the SUV, Jazmine Garcia, and a passenger, Felicia Martinez.

Both women were turned over to ICE agents to face federal prosecution in relation to the failed smuggling attempt.
