Beating Death Sentencing

An Anthony man will spend four years behind bars for the beating death of a 62-year old man. Pete Dominguez pleaded no contest to the charges and death of Cristobal Cuellar. Last year, authorities were called out to an alley where they found Cuellar highly intoxicated and injured. He later died at a hospital. Dominguez reportedly kicked Cuellar with steel toe boots and accused him of being a child molester.
