El Paso — Opponents of a Triple A baseball stadium say they aren't giving up. A coalition of groups called Quality of Life Voters for Democracy plans to file an injunction to halt demolition of city hall. In the meantime, the group is already collecting signatures, hoping to bring the issue before voters in November if their injunction is successful. This is the same group that successfully filed a petition that was rejected by the council on Tuesday.
