NORTHEAST EL PASO — A nine month-old boy survived a close call in Northeast El Paso. Police got a call at 6:40 Tuesday night about a possible drowning on Sigma Street, near Trojan Street in Northeast El Paso. Emergency responders rushed to the scene. It turns out a nine month-old baby fell underwater in the bath tub. The infant was taken to University Medical Center. His condition is unknown at this hour.
