A 10 month-old baby rushed to the hospital after being found unconscious is in serious but stable condition.
As we told you Tuesday it happened at an apartment on the 9500 block of Dyer.
The baby's parents say they were giving him a bath, left to get a towel and returned to find the toddler unresponsive in the bathtub.
Police are investigating the incident.
