Attorney Stuart Leeds is facing more fallout after his conviction in a contempt of court case.

Next week, the Texas State Bar's Commission for Lawyer Discipline is looking to revoke his probation and suspend his license to practice law for six months.

This, after a judge found him guilty of contempt of court last month for making false representations in the Shawntrell Dawkins murder trial.

He was already on probation with the commission for contempt of court in the Judge Regina Arditti nepotism trial, where he worked alongside attorney Theresa Caballero.

His hearing is set for 8:30 MST next Thursday, April 25th.

I sure hope Leeds, Caballero & their supporters finally learn to behave & show some respect for everyone in the courtroom. Leeds thinks that because he has family obligations that he can forgo accepting responsibility for his own behavior & misdeeds. He needs to learn to ballance his personal, professional & public life. Both he & Caballero have claimed to be targets of a smear campaign while at the same time doing what they claim is being done to them, to others. I would disbar the guy.
