El Paso Sheriff's deputies have arrested 28-year-old Victor Ignacio Gomez and charged him with capital murder in connection with the double homicide in Socorro.
As we reported, brothers Jesus and Jose Vargas were shot outside this bar on Alameda early yesterday morning.
One of them died outside.
The other was pronounced dead at Thomason Hospital.
Investigators say they are looking for another man they say is involved in the shooting and hope to make an arrest soon.
