An arrest has been made in the city's latest murder.

Police say 20 year-old Phillip Berryman turned himself in to authorities on Tuesday afternoon.

Berryman was reportedly wanted in connection with the murder of 19 year-old Erique Lewis.

Police say Lewis was shot in the chest near his home last week.

Investigators say the shooting was gang related but say Lewis was not involved and was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time...

Officers say, after a dispute, Berryman shot into a group of people in Northeast El Paso. Lewis died a short time later.
