An arrest to report in El Paso's latest murder.
19 year-old Sergio Rene Montejano of Juarez is in jail for Sunday night's deadly shooting in South El Paso.
45 year-old Juan Santos was gunned down at 7th and Virginia.
A motive for the shooting is unclear.
The murder happened in area with a long history of violence.
While police are trying to figure out what led to the killing, tonight people who live in the area hope the blame doesn't fall on the neighborhood.
We spoke with many people who live in Segundo Barrio.
They say while the neighborhood may have a bad reputation, it doesn't live up to it anymore.
