Arrest Made In Fatal Hit And Run

A Vinton man has been arrested in connection to a deadly hit and run last month. El Paso County Sheriff's say 49-year-old Dale Gaglio was driving the vehicle that hit and killed Juan Contreras of Anthony, New Mexico.

As we reported Contreras was riding his motorcycle at Doniphan and Holguin when he was hit by a pick-up truck and killed last month. Deputies say Gaglio fled the scene. He was arrested Wednesday morning and charged with accident involving death.
