NORTHEAST EL PASO — Andress High School needs your help hiring a new principal.

The district held a community meeting Thursday for parents and others to voice their opinions about what to include in a principal profile.

This will help with the hiring process, and parents weren't shy about speaking their mind.

One teacher says that Andress is full of pride and the school needs a principal that will embrace it.
