Amber Alert For Two Missing Children

El Paso County Sheriff's have issued an amber alert for two missing children who ran away from home. This is the second time they've run away.

Authorities say 11 year-old Norma Gaspar and 7 year-old Angel Rodarte ran away this morning from their father's home in Horizon City.

Last year the children were found in Juarez. Authorities say they got a ride from Horizon City to downtown El Paso where they crossed into Juarez to visit Norma's mother.

Authorities are asking if you see the children, to stay with them and contact police.
