El Paso Sheriff's deputies are intensifying their search for an alleged killer. Carlos Urquidi, 26, is accused in the fatal stabbing of Armando Ignacio Hernandez at a home in Westway in 2004. Urquidi is 5'8, has a medium build with tattoos of a tribal-style wreath on his left arm, a native american face on his right arm and the name Urquidi on his chest.
