EL PASO - Former Irvin High dance teacher Marco Alferez has reached a plea agreement with prosecutors.

Alferez was a role model for student dancers not only at Irvin High, but in Viva! El Paso.

But that image was destroyed ten months ago, when ICE arrested him, saying they found hundreds of homemade videos of child porn, including girls undressing on camera and two videos of him having sex with minors, on his computer.

At the time, we spoke to parents at Irvin High who said, they were weary of him..

"..I came to three rehearsals and I saw how he was treating the girls and everything but I never left my daughter by himself or anything you know," said Irene Calderon, whose daughter took Alferez' dance class.

According to a plea agreement reached with prosecutors July 13, attorneys have dropped three of the five original charges.

But in these pages, more illicit details of what Alferez has admitted to.
In total, 393 victims were found in the videos on his computer.
211 victims were counted on self-produced tapes.
The tapes go back as early as 1999, where he's seen having sexual relations with a then 13-year-old girl.

After that, he began video-taping students undressing at the schools he taught.

The schools include:
Le Baron Park Elementary: Oct. 2003 - July 2004.
Austin High School: Aug. 2004 - Aug. 2006
Camino Real Middle: Aug. 2007 - June 2008
Scotsdale Elementary
Irvin High School: June 2008 - Sept. 2010

Prosecutors say he set up a dressing room in his classroom at Irvin with a hidden camera.

"The defendant would then send a child into the dressing area to try on a leotard or costume," reads the plea agreement. "Often he can be heard telling the child they were required to take everything off (including undergarments) in order to try on the clothing he supplied."

Marco Alferez can face a minimum of 15 and maximum of 30 years in prison, depending on what a district judge decides.

He's agreed that regardless of the sentence, he won't be eligible for parole.
He will also have to register as a sex offender.

Alferez is expected to plead guilty Tuesday.
