What I would like to know is how did the 5 year old see over the steering wheel? Also how did he reach the gas pedal?

No child locked doors, no locked car and keys were available to a 5 year old. Hmmm! Someone needs to question the parents..The child wanted a candy bar. Did he have money?

The Parents should be the ones getting arrested for failing to care for the child. WoW. Are we forgetting how to be responsible parents as a society?

I believe that kid should be arrested and taken into a federal prision for 99 years to life in prision. its just only right he should suffer the consequences.

Hmmm, for some reason parents seem to think it's okay for a 5 yr old to be up at that hour. They must have been asleep and completely oblivious to what goes on within their home so it's not their fault...at least that's the argument that some parents would provide.

that little should have gotten arrested and taken to juvenile dept

Sounds like that little boy could grow up to be an Army Ranger with the right guidance. He has guts!

He does indeed.
